Captain Marvel is an extraterrestrial Kree warrior who finds herself caught in the middle of an intergalactic battle between her people and the Skrulls. Living on Earth in 1995, she keeps having recurring memories of another life as U.S. Air Force pilot Carol Danvers. With help from Nick Fury, Captain Marvel tries to uncover the secrets of her past while harnessing her special superpowers to end the war with the evil Skrulls.
🔎 Review
As a big fan of the Marvel cinematic universe, I must say that the movie had met its expectations without a doubt. The work on the visuals has been just as exquisite as any other Marvel movie. We had got a taste of a very impressive display of humor by our favorite Nick Fury.
Brie Larson had been successful in playing the role of a tough and stand-alone female figure but, even after all the cosmic sparkles in and out of her body and her brilliant display of valor I didn’t expect the lead actor to show such fatigued display of death when it came to emotions. Though her wit had covered for that fact for a vut I couldn’t help but notice the lack of a certain intensity and complexity when it came down to friends, aggression, and power.
Anyways it was a very good sensation to watch a talented woman play such an intricate character from the MCU. The movie rocked as a whole and I’d just say the cat gave a pretty good performance too!
